Under ELEC regulations, the maximum contribution amount allowable to the Teach NJ PAC from an individual, corporation, or association is $14,400 per year. Contributions or gifts to political organizations are not deductible as charitable contributions in accordance with Internal Revenue Code 6113. Contributions received from an individual require Teach NJ PAC to report their name, home address, occupation, employer, and employer’s address.
